1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are available for courses and service subscriptions from Terra Fusion Labs.
2. Refund Eligibility — Courses
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- You must not have completed more than 25% of the course content.
- Refunds will not be issued for purchases older than 7 days or courses that have been substantially consumed.
3. Refund Eligibility — Service Subscriptions
- Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; the current billing cycle is non-refundable.
- For annual plans, a pro-rated refund may be requested within the first 14 days.
- Custom or one-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has started.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Downloaded digital resources and templates
- Consulting sessions that have already been delivered
- Third-party costs (ad spend, tools, plugins) paid on your behalf
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with the following details:
- Your full name and order/invoice number
- The email address used at purchase
- The reason for the refund request
Send your request to terrafusionlabsofc@gmail.com. Our team responds within 2 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel any active subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.
